At the topping-out ceremony on September 13, 2024 for the LUKS “New Children’s Hospital & Women’s Clinic Lucerne” , we reached a significant milestone:
The foundation stone of the LUKS construction project was laid two years ago, and since then 42,400 m3 of concrete, 5,800 tons of reinforcement and 1,480 prefabricated supports have been installed on the construction site until we were able to concrete the last ceiling on July 4, 2024.
It was an opportunity to thank everyone involved for their efforts in completing the shell construction on time. While work on the facade, building services and interior fittings is already underway, the topping-out ceremony was a moment of shared celebration and recognition for the good collaboration that makes this project possible.
